Aaron and Elsie planted some tulip bulbs for me on my birthday in October. We sure have enjoyed watching the flowers come and up and blossom this spring.

(side note on the tulips: While we were in Utah for Easter, my neighbor texted me to let me know that a couple girls had taken a bunch of tulips from our yard. She saw them right after doing it and came out and yelled at them. She told them that was stealing and to never do it again. These were not little girls. She said they were like 12-ish. Lame!!! What is wrong with kids?!) Charlie relaxing on a warm Sunday afternoon. I can't wait for him to always be this way. He's still crazy most of the time!!

Elsie has decided that my old sunglasses are hers now. She has a bunch of cute ones just her size, but these are her favorite by far.

Pam and I went to Michael's to get some stuff for a craft project, and Elsie and Hailey kept themselves entertained while we shopped.

Driving myself crazy

I don't know why I let things overwhelm me so easily. I think part of it is that I'm a perfectionist, so if i don't do something well I don't like to do it. Hence the lack of blogs! I'm playing catch up, though. I've now got all my February and March pictures posted. April is still a work in progress.

Charlie Turns One!!!

Elsie made a birthday card for him, and Aaron bought him a monster bone. I think he was happy!

March Weekend with Q

Q got to spend the weekend with us while Ang went down to Utah for a wedding. She was an angel!! We had so much fun, and Elsie loved having her around all the time. They got along so well!


She arrived on St. Patrick's Day while Elsie had Hailey over for a playdate. Q came up with this pose all on her own!

I was super obnoxious and kept taking tons of pictures of the girls all weekend.

Here's the Pillow Pet we bought for Elsie. We ended up taking it back and she switched to the unicorn.

Every time I tried to get a picture of both of them with their pillows, Q just kept going crazy and wrestling around. Elsie decided to join in on the pillow fight!

I love that Q is so easy to have around and just gets along with everyone. She loves to be around people and made herself right at home wherever she was. We just love that girl!

March Fun with Friends

Elsie loves playing with friends. She asks me every day who she gets to play with that day. I guess I am pretty much her personal assistant.


Brooklyn came over and the girls painted.
Pam hosted a group of girls at her house for a "Tangled" viewing party. I hung around for that one. They had to much fun and were totally into the movie.

We also spend a day at Jabbers with a bunch of friends during Spring Break.

Farewell!

In February we got to go down to Utah for Ashley's farewell.


The last night we were there, we got together with Jeff, Nicole, Ashley, and Alexis to play games. Always fun!!! We were so glad to get some good bonding time in before she left to New Mexico.


Rook gets a little crazy!

We are now proud owners of...

...a new computer. Just wanted to explain my major lack of blogging this month. And to answer the question about what kind...no it's not a mac. #1) We don't have mac money #2) We don't know how to work a mac We got a very basic computer. We hardly spent any money it. It will get us by for a while (hopefully a long while). Does that make this news not as exciting? I know you're disappointed, Jared!!
