Last Sunday I was called into Cub Scouts as a Den Leader for the wolves (8-year-olds). It's kind of an intimidating calling for me, but I think it will be fun. We have to so many kids that age that I am the third leader for the group, so there will be lots of help. We had our Blue and Gold Banquet last night. I didn't have to do much planning for it, but it was fun to go and meet the boys. I am still holding out on buying a shirt!!
I subbed two days this week. It has made for a busy week, but I'm so glad I'm getting more jobs.
Got a little Earl Girl Reunion brewing, and I'm super pumped about it!
That's it for now. I'm too busy trying to get myself excited about going running on a Friday afternoon after teaching all day. Probably not going to happen!

I would offer the shirt I should have had while being on the Scout Committee for years, but alas, I never bought one.
When Joey was a scoutmaster, he bought a shirt off ebay and wore that. It was pretty funny though, because it was from a troop somewhere in Minnesota, and he just left all that person's patches on. Funny.
